V-Sensing Lab provides Wireless Online Vibration Condition Monitoring (VCM) system SpiderWeb for real-time and continuous monitoring the health of critical rotating machines.

With the integration of Predictive Maintenance (PdM) strategy and the concept of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), vibration data of the machines will be collected by wireless sensors and analyzed by the online system. Early-stage fault detection algorithm and alarm triggering program (XtraSensing Analytics Software developed by our subsidiary company Xtra Sensing Limited) will then be set up based on the historical data collected which can help to reduce the maintenance cost and increase plant’s asset reliability.
